The opening hours of Office by Kisch are Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM and on Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
The DPG1C also has a Bluetooth function that allows you to connect your chassis to your phone. In this app you can save favorite positions, receive reminders and even see how many calories you burn. You can download a manual below.
Accidents can happen anywhere, although the Office by Kisch bases are very robust, your desk may need to be repaired. You can download a manual below.
If a reset does not help, your agency will indicate an E-Code on your DPG1C or DPF1C. Here you can find a download with the E-Code list and what you can do. If you cannot reach an agreement, you can always contact one of our employees.
It can happen that an office chair, roller stand or other items get stuck under your base. Here you can download a manual to get your chassis straight again.
Office by Kisch supplies its bases as a kit. This kit is very easy to assemble. However, installation manuals and videos are available on request. Office by Kisch also offers an installation service. For more information about the installation service, please contact one of our employees.
Office by Kisch gives a 3-year warranty on all electronic parts of the IC models and 5 years on all electronic parts of the High Speed models.
